When you pick a meeting, a window will be displayed letting you know the Specialist name and rating, T&C’s language selector and if there are any rescheduling constraints or benefits. It also exposes the following details:
- When - date
- Start - start time of the meeting
- Duration - how long the appointment will last
- Session Type - online, offline or the Specialist will let the Client decide
- Price - how much the session will cost
If you agree with this, you will need to read and accept the Terms and Conditions and click on the Next button.
If the Specialist has selected the Session Type to be decided by the Client, you will be able to select from:
- Online (video conference via Atlas)
- Offline (at the Specialist’s office)
If only one of the two appears, then the Specialist has restricted the meeting.
You can choose the billing details added in your profile, use last payment details or add another credit card.

Note: Don’t forget, if you have Atlas Credit, you can use it to pay for your meeting. Pay either the full sum or parts from the full sum. Learn more about Atlas Credit right here.
Payment by credit card
If you have selected to pay via credit card, you will be transported to our 3rd party payment processor Netopia mobilPay. Add your credit card details and press the Pay Safely button.
You will be sent back to the Atlas screen and a notification will appear in the upper-right side of the screen. Please check if the notification is successful or if it’s stating that the payment has failed.
You can view its status in Appointment Audit and you will also receive the Appointment ID.
