The code confirming the Offline Meeting
When a Client acquires an Offline Meeting (at the office) listed by the Specialist, he receives a code by email that must be communicated to the Specialist at the end of the Session.
In turn, the Specialist is notified by email that he must receive this code from the Client at the end of the Meeting.
The customer receives this code also by SMS 5 minutes before the Meeting.
What do we do with this code?
Once the Session is over, the Client will communicate this code to the Specialist.
The Specialist must enter this code on the Atlas platform in the details of that specific Appointment. (on the Appointments page)
The Specialist has 24 hours to enter this code. The period is calculated from the Start Date of the Meeting.
If this code is successfully entered, the Meeting will be settled in accordance with Atlas rules.
If this code is not successfully entered, the amount will be refunded to the Client.
I forgot / lost the code. How do I recover it?
If the Client or the Specialist forgets / loses this code, the Customer can regenerate it from the Atlas platform from the details of that specific Appointment. (on the Appointments page)
